Welcome to Lostende Tours: France . I invite you to come and spend a wonderful week biking in the southwest of France while staying at the Chateau de Pitray during the last week of the 2010 Tour of France, the most important professional bike race of the year. For the past several years the Tour of France has bypassed the region around Bordeaux in the southwest of France. This year the Tour returns with both a finish at Bordeaux and a "Time Trial" stage the following day. If the 2010 Tour lives up to its hype, the "Time Trial" stage could determine who wins the Tour of France. We'll go see the "Time Trial" stage live. Here's what else you will enjoy:
- attend the Tour of France and watch Lance and Contador battle to win the race.
- a week's stay at the magnificent Chateau de Pitray - come and stay like old friends in our family chateau.
- bask in the beautiful countryside and medieval towns of the Dordogne valley.
